We had another successful day on our journey through World History today. After reviewing the Neolithic Revolution, we discussed briefly a few of the first societies in the Middle East, the Egyptians and Mesopotamians. Remember, in this specific unit, we are not looking in-depth at each society, but finding common characteristics like settling near river planes or having a religion. I look forward to seeing everyone back bright and early tomorrow as we have our first quiz (want a head start on the questions, click "Read More")!
Also, a shoutout to the Lady Canes JV Volleyballers who dismantled Columbia this evening in record time! Remember, even when things are going well, there is always room to improve #growthmindset :)
